Zomes - Earth Grid (2011)

An overlooked gem from this year. It was released early in the summer I think, and I had so much fun just losing myself listening to this album. One down side about this album is that the songs are too short. other than it just perfect. Simple, melodic, pleasant and dreamy. And this concludes my last post of the year. Happy new year to Yama's hungry souls.

The Men - Leave Home (2011)

Another late addition to the albums of 2011, that I didn't have time to post before. This one sounds like a mix between The Stooges and Spacemen 3. Some reviews have even likened their sounds to Sonic Youth. If you like the bands name dropped so far then this should be perfect for you.

 when I was in a busy period in my life but in the end I got it before the
